RIV11 is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody derived by fusion of 653 mouse myeloma cells with splenocytes from a BALB/c mouse immunized with human peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Usage
CD8 is a 32kD cell surface transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by most thymocytes, a subpopulation of mature peripheral blood T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells. CD8 is expressed on the cell surface as a heterodimer, comprising two distinct disulphide linked alpha and beta polypeptide chains, or as a CD8 alpha homodimer.
