Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50; Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e. g. trypsin or pronase.

Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
