Murine dendritic epidermal Y245 cell line.
Specificity
Recognizes the murine CD69 cell surface antigen, an 85kD dimeric glycoprotein. CD69 is expressed rapidly on the surface of T cells, B cells and NK cells following activation.
Applications
- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 5 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6cells in 100 ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
