Generated by genetic immunization with cDNA encoding the extracellular region of human CEACAM1-A2.
Specificity
Recognizes human CEACAM1 (biliary glycoprotein I, BGP, CD66a) transiently expressed on the cell surface of transfected BOSC cells as well as the naturally expressed protein. As the A2 domain is unique to CEACAM1, this antibody can be used to distinguish CEACAM1 from all other CEACAM.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. It is expected that the antibody will be suited for all applications where recognition of the native protein is required. ELISA: 1:100-1:200. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 10 ug/ml. Flow Cytometry: 1.2 ug/1E6 cells.
