Human IL-2 dependent T cells.
Specificity
Recognizes the low molecular weight isoform (180kD) of the leucocyte common antigen (LCA). The antigen is expressed by a functional subset of T cells with memory phenotype. In peripheral blood, UCHL1 stains 40-80% of lymphocytes and all monocytes and granulocytes.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
