Anti-CD2AP pY 4-8-10 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a phosphorylated synthetic peptide at Tyr-4-8-10 at the N-terminal of human CD2AP protein.

A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with human based on 100% sequence homology. Cross-reactivity with CD2AP from other sources has not been determined.

Usage
Anti-CD2AP antibody is useful for ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~71kD corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
