Specificity
Recognizes mouse CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R), In mouse CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leucocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells (1). Studies suggest that CD200-CD200R interaction may be involved in the control of myeloid cellular function.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.
