Human CD121b / IL1R2
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
- Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:2000)
CD121b / IL1R2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-QYNITRSIELRIKK from an internal region of human IL1R2 (NP_004624.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon (100%); Monkey, Marmoset (93%).

Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C113009. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human IL1R2. Reported variants represent identical protein: NP_775465.1, NP_004624.1
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 38kDa band in Human Spleen lysates after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 45.4kDa according to the precursor NP_004624.1 and 43.8kDa for the mature protein. The 38kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
