Specificity
Cyclin D1, a member of the cyclin family that function as CKD regulators. Cyclin D1 is involved in cell cycle transition and has been shown to interact with the retinoblastoma protein. The unprocessed precursor is 295 amino acids long. It is expressed in abnormally high levels in a number of cancers and is specifically implicated in breast cancer development.

Usage
Western Blot: When used on asynchronous HN30 cell lysates, a band was observed at approximately 34 kD corresponding to Cyclin D1.
