MIP-1 Beta antibody LS-C154124 is a biotin-conjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to human MIP-1 Beta (CCL4). Validated for ELISA and WB.
Human CCL4 / MIP-1 Beta
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Ion exchange chromatography
- Western blot (1:2000 - 1:10000)
Human MIP-1 beta Antibody Biotin Conjugated was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with full length recombinant human MIP-1 protein.
This purified antibody has been heated to 56°C for 30 minutes. In ELISA and other immunoreactive assays, this antibody will recognize both native and recombinant human IL-9 in cell supernatants and certain body fluids. A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended.
Human MIP-1 beta Antibody Biotin Conjugated has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 15 kD in size corresponding to human MIP-1beta protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Immunology Research. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
