Anti-MIP-3a (RAT) Monoclonal Antibody was produced in rat by repeated immunizations with mature full length recombinant mouse MIP-3a produced in E.coli followed by hybridoma development.
Specificity
This antibody is specific for mouse MIP-3a protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with MIP-3a from mouse sources based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with MIP-3a from other sources has not been determined.
