Anti-MIP-3a (MOUSE) Monoclonal Antibody was produced in mouse by repeated immunizations with mature full length recombinant human MIP-3a produced in E.coli followed by hybridoma development.
Specificity
This antibody is specific for human MIP-3a protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with MIP-3a from human sources based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with MIP-3a from other sources has not been determined.

- Western blot (0.5 µg/ml)
Usage
This purified antibody has been tested for use in Western Blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
