Specificity
Recognizes a N-terminal region of CTRP5 full-length protein. Detects bands of ~15kDa and ~26kDa by Western blot. This antibody is CTRP5-specific.

Usage
ELISA - Direct and indirect: 1:2000-1:5000. Western Blot - 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL. suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature. Immunoprecipitation - 1:500-1:2000.
