This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y1349 and Y1356 of human c-Met protein.
Epitope
pTyr1349/1356
Specificity
This antibody is specific for human c-Met protein phosphorylated at Y1349 and Y1356. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with c-Met from human, mouse and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with c-Met from other sources has not been determined.
