Usage
WB: Detects Cbl (120kD) in RIPA lysates from human Jurkat and mouse 3T3 cells. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electro-phoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Cbl (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. ICC: A previous lot showed positive immunostaining for Cbl in 3T3 cells fixed with ice cold methanol/ethanol [1:1] for 1 minute. IP: 2ug immunoprecipitated Cbl from 1ug of a mouse 3T3 cell RIPA lysate.
