Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 30kDa band observed in Human Spleen and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 19.8kDa according to NP_004326.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Rollason, J Cell Sci. 2007 Nov 1;120(Pt 21):3850-8.; PMID: 17940069). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
