Specificity
This antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human BMP5 and BMP7 and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human BMP2 and BMP4 under reducing conditions. Species cross-reactivity: Cross-reacts with Human. Not yet tested in other species.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5 - 1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant human BMP-6 is approximately 6.2 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-20 ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant human BMP6 is ~20 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. The Inhib: Use at a concentration of 1-3 ug/ml.
