BMP3 antibody LS-C87269 is an unconjugated goat polyclonal antibody to human BMP3. Validated for Peptide-ELISA.
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey, Bat, Bovine, Rabbit (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
- Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:8000)
BMP3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-GHRNFPTGTV PKWDSH from an internal region of human BMP3 (NP_001192.2). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%); Monkey, Panda, Bat, Bovine, Rabbit (90%); Marmoset, Dog, Horse, Pig (80%).
- Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C87269. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 29kD band in Human Bone Marrow lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 53.4kD according to NP_001192.2. The 29kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies / lysates? Have any further splice variants / modified forms been reported?
