Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-mouse serum, Biotin conjugated IgG and Biotin conjugated Bovine Serum Albumin.

Usage
Anti-Biotin antibody is suitable for immunoprecipitation, immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
