Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Anti-Beta Tubulin antibody IHC of human kidney, glomeruli. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B7936 dilution 10 ug/ml.
Species: Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Bat, Bovine, Dog, Hamster, Horse, Pig, Rabbit, Chicken, Xenopus
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Human Colon, MALT: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE)
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Flow Cytometry
Immunohistochemical analysis of Beta-tubulin staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP-conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Immunofluorescence analysis of beta Tubulin was performed using 70% confluent log phase SH-SY5Y cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells were labeled with Beta Tubulin (TU-02) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody at 2 µg/mL in 0.1% BSA and incubated for 3 hours at room temperature and then labeled with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate at a dilution of 1:2000 for 45 minutes at room temperature (Panel a: green). Nuclei (Panel b: blue) were stained with DAPI. F-actin (Panel c: red) was stained with Rhodamine Phalloidin. Panel d represents the merged image showing cytoplasmic and nuclear localization. Panel e shows the no primary antibody control. The images were captured at 60X magnification.
