PUMA antibody LS-B1334 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to PUMA (BBC3) from human. It is reactive with human and mouse. Validated for ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids near the C-Terminus of human PUMA-a. The sequence is identical between a and b forms of the PUMA proteins. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of PUMA.
Specificity
A lower band at approximately 16 kDa was detected in MOLT4 and U937 cells, which may represent the PUMA-b form.

Usage
PUMA antibody can be used for detection of PUMA by Western blot at 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemstry at 1 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 23 kDa
