Specificity
This product is specific for Arginine Vasopressin Receptor (AVPR-V2). The immunizing peptide has no significant similarity with AVP V1a or V1b receptors.
Usage
Western Blot: A glycosylated band at approximately 62 kD is observed using membranes from rat inner medulla. N-Glycanase reduces the size of this band to 36 kD (deglycosylated form).
