Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml (ECL). ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml using 1ug/ml control peptide per well. Immunohistochemistry: 2-10ug/ml (paraformaldhyde-fixed tissue section) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
