Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

  • Western blot (1:1000)
  • Immunoprecipitation (1:20)
  • ELISA (1:1000)
Immunogen
Synthetic phospho-(Ser/Thr) ATM/ATR substrate peptides.
Epitope
pSer/Thr
Specificity
Detects endogenous levels of proteins containing the phospho-(Ser/Thr) ATM/ATR substrate motif. Preferentially binds peptides/proteins that contain phospho-Ser/Thr preceded by Leu or similar hydrophobic amino acids at the -1 position and followed by Gln at the +1 position. No cross-reactivity is observed with corresponding non-phosphorylated sequences or with other phospho-Ser/Thr-containing motifs. Species cross-reactivity: All species.
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot: 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation: 1:20. ELISA: 1:1000.
Presentation
10 mM HEPES-Sodium, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 50% Glycerol
