Specificity
Recognizes drosophila BMAL1. The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with mammalian Clock or Per proteins. Significant homology is seen with mammalian USFs (Upstream Stimulatory Factors 1 and 2) and human and mouse BMAL1 and ARNTs.

- Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml using 1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL.
