Specificity
Recognizes drosophila MOP3. No significant sequence homology with mammalian Clock or Per proteins. Significant sequence homology sequence is seen with mammalian USFs (Upstream Stimulatory Factors 1 and 2) and human and mouse BMAL1 and ARNTs.

- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
