The 18 AA peptide has 81% homology with the mouse AQP7. No significant homology with human AQP7 or AQP7-like or AQP7-adipose.

- Western blot (1:1000 - 1:5000)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. We recommend the use of 0.5-1% milk in all primary/secondary antibody-enzyme conjugate incubations in order to suppress non-specific bands. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Control peptide can be used to coat plates at 1 ug/ml.
