Usage
Western blot: 1-10 ug/ml using Chemiluminescence technique ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml when tested against immunogen peptide coated at 1 ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: Not tested. We recommend using the affinity purified antibody at 2-10 ug/ml on paraformaldehyde fixed sections of tissues.
