- Western blot (1 - 2 µg/ml)
a peptide corresponding to 13 amino acids near the C-terminus of human ATR. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of ATR.
- Liquid - 0.05 mg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C426. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
ATR antibody will recognize only the largest isoform.
ATR antibody can be used for detection of ATR by Western blot at 0.5 to 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
