A 17 AA peptide near the N-Terminus of human ZMYM2. The immunogen is located within aa 120-170 of ZMYM2.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of ZMYM2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the longest isoform. ZMYM2 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other ZMYM protein family members.

Usage
ZMYM2 antibody can be used for detection of ZMYM2 by Western blot at 0. 125 - 0.25 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
