A 17 AA synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of human ZMYM1. The immunogen is located within aa 990-1040 of ZMYM1.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of ZMYM1 are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the shorter isoform. ZMYM1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other ZMYM protein family members.

Usage
ZMYM1 antibody can be used for detection of ZMYM1 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples and Immunohistochemistry in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
