  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

ZBTB7B / HcKrox antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal sequence of mouse cKrox protein.
mouse cKrox. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with cKrox from mouse, human and rat based on a 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologs from other sources is not known
This antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry with FFPE human tissues and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 80 kD in size corresponding to cKrox by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Lysates from mouse thymocytes are recommended for use as positive controls.

0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide.

Transcription regulator that acts as a key regulator of lineage commitment of immature T-cell precursors. Necessary and sufficient for commitment of CD4 lineage, while its absence causes CD8 commitment. Development of immature T-cell precursors (thymocytes) to either the CD4 helper or CD8 killer T-cell lineages correlates precisely with their T-cell receptor specificity for major histocompatibility complex class II or class I molecules, respectively.

Anti-ZBTB7B / HcKrox antibody IHC staining of human small intestine. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval.
