Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Yeast Rub1 antibody was raised against full-length recombinant yeast Rub1 protein.
This purified polyclonal antibody reacts with yeast Rub1 by western blot and ELISA. Although not tested, this antibody is likely functional in immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation. A 6 kD band corresponding to yeast Rub1 is detected. Most yeast cell lysates can be used as a positive control without induction or stimulation.
0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide.
0.5 ml deionized water
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
Anti-Rub1 Antibody - Western Blot. Anti-Rub1 antibody, generated by immunization with full-length, recombinant yeast Rub1, was tested by western blot against a yeast cell lysate. A dilution of the antibody between 1:200 and 1:1000 will show strong reactivity specifically with free Rub1 protein (indicated by arrow) and Rub1 conjugates. In this blot, the antibody was used at a 1:500 dilution and was incubated overnight at 4° C in 5% non-fat dry milk in TTBS. Detection occurred using a 1:2000 dilution of HRP-labeled Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG (code # LS-C60943) for 1 hour at room temperature. A chemiluminescence system was used for signal detection (Roche).
