  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About XRCC1

P18887 NM_006297 NP_006288.2

XRCC1 Antibody, RCC Antibody, DNA repair protein XRCC1 Antibody

XRCC1 is involved in the efficient repair of DNA single-strand breaks formed by exposure to ionizing radiation and alkylating agents. This protein interacts with DNA ligase III, polymerase beta and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase to participate in the base excision repair pathway. It may play a role in DNA processing during meiogenesis and recombination in germ cells. A rare microsatellite polymorphism in this gene is associated with cancer in patients of varying radiosensitivity.

XRCC1 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skin carcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Immunofluorescence of A549 cells, using XRCC1 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Dylight Fluor 554 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (red).

Western blot

Western blot
XRCC1 Antibody western blot of A375 cell line lysates (15 ug/lane). The XRCC1 antibody detected the XRCC1 protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
XRCC1 Antibody flow cytometry of A375 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
