Suitable for use in Western Blot. and Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin). Western Blot: 0.5-2.0 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2 ug/ml, Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
