Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
WRN Antibody, Exonuclease WRN Antibody, RecQ protein-like 2 Antibody, RECQL2 Antibody, RECQL3 Antibody, Werner syndrome Antibody, RECQ3 Antibody, DNA helicase, RecQ-like type 3 Antibody
Multifunctional enzyme that has both magnesium and ATP-dependent DNA-helicase activity and 3'->5' exonuclease activity towards double-stranded DNA with a 5'-overhang. Has no nuclease activity towards single-stranded DNA or blunt-ended double-stranded DNA. Binds preferentially to DNA substrates containing alternate secondary structures, such as replication forks and Holliday junctions.
Human Placenta: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE)
WRN Antibody (Center T802) western blot of K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The WRN antibody detected the WRN protein (arrow).
WRN Antibody (Center T802) flow cytometry of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
