Human BRWD1 / WDR9. This antibody is expected to recognize reported isoforms A and B (NP_061836.2; NP_387505.1).

• Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:2000)

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 100kD band in Human Heart and Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 263kD according to NP_061836.2. The 100kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We found identical results with an antibody generated to a different part of the protein (EB11491).
