Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Vitronectin.
Recognizes human vitronectin, both multimeric and monomeric forms. This antibody is inhibitory, blocking smooth muscle and endothelial cell adhesion to vitronectin. Does not cross react with mouse vitronectin.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:50. Western Blot: 1:500 (Not recommended for reduced gels).
Packaging
0.05 M sodium phosphate, 0.01 M sodium chloride, 1 mM EDTA, pH 6.6
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
Vitronectin is a cell adhesion and spreading factor found in serum and tissues. Vitronectin interact with glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans. Is recognized by certain members of the integrin family and serves as a cell-to-substrate adhesion molecule. Inhibitor of the membrane-damaging effect of the terminal cytolytic complement pathway.Somatomedin-B is a growth hormone-dependent serum factor with protease-inhibiting activity.
