Specificity
Human Urotensin II. Shows 69% crossreactivity with rat Urotensin II and 10% with mouse Urotensin II. Does not crossreact with Endothelin-1 (human, porcine, rat, mouse, canine or bovine), CN-22 (human, porcine, rat), rat Adrenomedullin (aa1-50), ANF (rat, rabbit, mouse), Bradykinin, human Angiotensin II, rat BNP-45, rat BNP-32 or rat PAMP-20.

Radioimmunoassay: 0.24 ug/ml will bind ~30% in a system using human 125I-Urotensin II as a tracer.
