Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
UNC119 Antibody, POC7A Antibody, Protein unc-119 homolog A Antibody, RG4 Antibody, Unc-119 homolog (C. elegans) Antibody, Unc119 (C.elegans) homolog Antibody, POC7 Antibody, Retinal protein 4 Antibody, HRG4 Antibody
Involved in synaptic functions in photoreceptor cells, the signal transduction in immune cells as a Src family kinase activator, endosome recycling, the uptake of bacteria and endocytosis, protein trafficking in sensory neurons and as lipid-binding chaperone with specificity for a diverse subset of myristoylated proteins. Specifically binds the myristoyl moiety of a subset of N-terminally myristoylated proteins and is required for their localization.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with UNC119 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of UNC119 Antibody in mouse testis tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). UNC119 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
