Specificity and Use
Human phenylalanine hydroxylase sequence between amino acid residues 139 and 155.
Binds a common epitope of Tryptophan hydroxylase (TRH), Tyrosine hydroxylase (TYH) and Phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH).
Suitable for use in the identification of dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons by Immunohistochemistry. Also suitable for Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry of TYH, PAH and TRH. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
