Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Horse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Dog, Pig (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
TYRO3 antibody was raised against amino acids 110-127 (SDAGRYWCQVEDGGETEI) of human TYRO3 protein were used as the immunogen. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Horse (100%); Dog, Pig (94%); Bat, Bovine, Panda, Opossum (89%).
Receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding to several ligands including TULP1 or GAS6. Regulates many physiological processes including cell survival, migration and differentiation. Ligand binding at the cell surface induces dimerization and autophosphorylation of TYRO3 on its intracellular domain that provides docking sites for downstream signaling molecules.
