Tuberin / TSC2 Antibody - Anti-TSC2 / Tuberin antibody IHC of human brain, cerebellum. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.
Tuberin / TSC2 Antibody - Fluorescent confocal image of HeLa cell stained with Tuberin (TSC2) Antibody (S1798). HeLa cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with Tuberin (TSC2) primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10 ug/ml, 10 min). Tuberin (TSC2) immunoreactivity is localized to Cytoplasm significantly.
Tuberin / TSC2 Antibody - Western blot of TSC2-pS1798 in Ramos cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). TSC2 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Tuberin / TSC2 Antibody - Western blot of lysates from SH-SY5Y, MCF-7, PC-3, LNCaP, HeLa, cell line (from left to right), using Tuberin (TSC2) Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane.
