Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

TUBB3 / Tubulin Beta 3 is a class III member of the beta tubulin protein family. Beta tubulins are one of two core protein families (alpha and beta tubulins) that heterodimerize and assemble to form microtubules. This protein is primarily expressed in neurons and may be involved in neurogenesis and axon guidance and maintenance. Mutations in this gene are the cause of congenital fibrosis of the extraocular muscles type 3. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
TUBB3 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
TUBB3 Antibody western blot of HepG2 cell line lysates (15 ug/lane). The TUBB3 antibody detected the TUBB3 protein (arrow).

Western blot

Western blot
TUBB3 Antibody western blot of mouse brain tissue lysates (15 ug/lane). The TUBB3 antibody detected the TUBB3 protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
TUBB3 Antibody flow cytometry of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
