Translin antibody LS-B9516 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Translin (TSN) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A 20 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of human Translin. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of Translin.
Specificity
At least two isoforms of Translin are known to exist; this antibody will detect both.

Usage
Translin antibody can be used for detection of Translin by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
