Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Trypsinogen [Bovine Pancreas]. Cross reactivity against Trypsinogen from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
TRYPSINOGEN Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Trypsinogen [Bovine Pancreas] in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,300 to 1:8,400 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
