Specificity and Use
TRIP / LRRFIP1 antibody was raised against lRRFIP1 (NP_004726, 675 a.a. ~ 785 a.a) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.

Transcriptional repressor which preferentially binds to the GC-rich consensus sequence (5'-AGCCCCCGGCG-3') and may regulate expression of TNF, EGFR and PDGFA.
