A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids near the C-Terminus of rhesus monkey TRIM5 alpha. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of TRIM5 alpha.
Specificity
Anti-TRIM5 alpha is human reactive but should presumably also react with rhesus protein.

Usage
TRIM5 alpha antibody can be used for detection of TRIM5 alpha by Western blot at 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunoflourescence starting at 10 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 54 kDa Observed: 55 kDa
