  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TREML1 / TLT1 antibody was raised against nS0-derived rmTREML1 extracellular domain.
Extracellular Domain
Recognizes mouse TREML1. In direct ELISAs and Western Blots this antibody does not cross-react with rhTREML1.
Western Blot, Direct ELISA. Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 1-2 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse TREML1. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmTREML1 is approximately 25 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Use of this antibody under reducing conditions is not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse TREML1. The detection limit for rmTREML1 is approximately 1 ng/well.

Lyophilized from PBS, 5% trehalose. Reconstitution: Reconstitute, sterile PBS. If 0.2 ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 500 ug/ml.
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.

About TREML1 / TLT1

Q86YW5 Q86YW5

TREML1 Antibody, DJ238O23.3 Antibody, GLTL1825 Antibody, TLT-1 Antibody, Trem-like transcript 1 protein Antibody, TLT1 Antibody, PRO3438 Antibody

TREML1 / TLT1 is a member of the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like (TREM) family. The encoded protein is a type 1 single Ig domain orphan receptor localized to the alpha-granule membranes of platelets. The encoded protein is involved in platelet aggregation, inflammation, and cellular activation and has been linked to Gray platelet syndrome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants
