  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Anti-Translokin / CEP57 Antibody (aa241-290) IHC-plus™ LS-B5984
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Human Translokin / CEP57
IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, ELISA
Anti-CEP57 antibody IHC of human tonsil. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B5984 dilution 1:200.
Anti-Translokin / CEP57 Antibody (aa89-117) LS-C320323
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Human Translokin / CEP57
Western blot, ELISA
Anti-Translokin / CEP57 Antibody (Internal) LS-C353191
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human Translokin / CEP57
Human, Monkey
IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Immunohistochemical analysis of CEP57 staining in human brain formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

CEP57 Antibody, Centrosomal protein 57kDa Antibody, Centrosomal protein of 57 kDa Antibody, FGF2-interacting protein Antibody, KIAA0092 Antibody, MVA2 Antibody, Translokin Antibody, PIG8 Antibody, Testis-specific protein 57 Antibody, TSP57 Antibody

Translokin / CEP57 is a cytoplasmic protein called Translokin. This protein localizes to the centrosome and has a function in microtubular stabilization. The N-terminal half of this protein is required for its centrosome localization and for its multimerization, and the C-terminal half is required for nucleating, bundling and anchoring microtubules to the centrosomes.
